DOUXURY Magnetic Wireless Backup Camera
See behind the trailer without drilling a single hole.
Updated October 13, 2026
The most expensive thirty seconds of a driver's day is the back-in. One camera on the back of the trailer turns it into a non-event — and this one doesn't ask you to drill into anything.
How it works
Three steps, about a minute
1Snap it on
The magnetic base grabs the back of the trailer. No drilling, no wiring, no shop appointment.
See everything
The 5-inch monitor goes on your dash — windshield suction or dash bracket, powered by the cigarette lighter. Live feed, split-screen if you ever add a second camera.
Rain or 3 AM
Sealed against rain and road spray, infrared night vision for dark lots, and it runs on its own rechargeable battery — solar top-up between jobs.
Will the magnet actually hold at highway speed?
It's the first thing every driver asks, so here's the straight answer: the manufacturer rates the magnetic base for highway speeds — on steel, it stays put. The one real limit is physics: magnets need ferrous metal. If your trailer's rear panel is aluminum, it won't grab, so check the skin first.
On a steel trailer or container: wipe the surface clean, center the base, and it holds. That's the whole install.

Buyer questions
What drivers ask before buying
Will the magnet actually hold at highway speed?
On steel, yes — the manufacturer rates the base for highway speeds, and that's the use case it was built for. The hard limit is the surface: magnets need ferrous metal. Aluminum trailer skins won't grab it. Wipe the steel clean, center the base, done.
How long does the battery last between charges?
The 9,600mAh battery is the big one in this category — independent testing put real-world runtime around a full day of use, and the solar panel trickle-charges it between jobs so you're not constantly hunting for a USB port. For a camera you slap on and off trailers all week, that's the difference between a tool and a chore.
Can I add a second camera later?
Yes. The 5-inch monitor does split-screen for two cameras, so you can add a second unit down the road — front of the trailer, side view, whatever your blind spot looks like. You don't need a new monitor.
Does it record footage, or is it live-view only?
It does both. The system supports DVR loop recording to an SD card (up to 128GB), so it can double as a rear-facing dash cam while you drive — useful if someone kisses your trailer in a parking lot and keeps rolling.
Will it work in a prairie winter?
It's rated from −32°F to 187°F, which covers the worst a Canadian winter throws at it. The battery will drain faster in deep cold — that's chemistry, not a defect — so keep it topped up when it's −30°C.
Anything to watch out for?
One honest flag: multiple customer reviews report that the included USB charging cable overheated and smoked during a standard recharge. The camera itself is fine — it's the bundled cable. Use any other USB-C cable you already own and retire the one in the box.

⚠️ One thing before you buy
Multiple customer reviews report the included USB charging cable overheated and smoked during a normal recharge. The camera itself is fine — this is about the bundled cable. Charge it with any other USB-C cable you own and toss the one in the box. We'd rather you hear it here than discover it at 2 AM.
Here's the part that matters for drivers who swap trailers: hardwired cameras stay with the trailer. This one stays with you. One camera, every trailer, every drop lot, every 3 AM back-in.
Your blind spot is 53 feet long. This is the cheapest way to see all of it.
